The location turned out to be great and fab, close to most areas of Liverpool as well as all the landmarks. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Manhattan Bar and Grill. I got complimentary suite with a view towards the radio tower as an upgrade, nice gesture. Having hairdryers, toiletries, and bath sheets was a bonus.

The venue is in a very central location close to the quayside and the lively Liverpool One center. There are great bars and restaurants in the trendy Castle Street area, with easy access to the town center, shops, and tourist attractions. the room I booked had fabulous views. the staff, especially the night shift, were polite and very friendly. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size.
